The Mallorcan green olive in its pure state (330gr), only olives harvested in the Serra de Tramuntana at their exact point of maturity, water and salt. The traditional recipe of the island for centuries gives these olives made by Son Mesquidassa the consistent texture and a minimum point of bitterness that make them ideal as an accompaniment to a “pa amb oli”, salads or simply as an aperitif, enjoying them at any time of the year of the taste of the mountain.
